Denise Fasano is a seasoned
office manager and human resources professional. As
Director of Administrative Services, Fasano is responsible
for the management of Southwest Strategies’ office
operations, including network administration and a
state-of-the-art audio-visual system. She also is the
agency’s human resources and employee benefits
administrator.
Before moving from New York to California, Fasano worked
on Wall Street for a banking institution in the financial
services and corporate events departments. While there,
her responsibilities ranged from account specialist
to corporate events planner.
After moving to San Diego, she has worked as an office/purchasing
manager for a computer research firm, as an assistant
to the planning and engineering department of a developer/homebuilder,
and also as a customer service manager. Fasano also
worked for a downtown San Diego bank as regional office
administrator and corporate community development representative.
Prior to joining Southwest Strategies, Fasano worked
for a property management company as the office manager
where she was instrumental in the planning, designing
and relocation of their corporate office to a new facility
and two satellite offices. She managed the daily office
operations, supervised the administrative staff and
held the position of human resources and benefits administrator.
Fasano has been active in various community activities.
She has volunteered her time to non-profit philanthropic
organizations and served as vice-chairperson of a residential
community newsletter committee. Fasano was instrumental
in the creation and design of the newsletter and organized
the monthly distribution community-wide.
